## Method

Mess -> Map -> Simplify -> Assist -> Approve -> Measure.

- Mess: start with the annoying reality, not the tool.
- Map: who does what, where information moves, and where it gets stuck.
- Simplify: remove unnecessary steps before adding AI.
- Assist: decide where AI can summarize, draft, classify, compare, extract or flag.
- Approve: decide where a human must still review, decide or own the outcome.
- Measure: define whether the new workflow saves time, reduces errors or improves decisions.

- Public cases are only published if permission is given.
- Public cases are anonymized.
- Example cases must be labelled as example cases.
- Do not submit confidential, personal or sensitive data.
- Remove names, customer details, financial numbers and internal secrets before submitting.
- Submissions are not sold.
