Privacy / case handling

Plain rules before you send a workflow.

Keep the secrets out. The review works better when the process is clear and the sensitive details are gone.

Do not submit sensitive data

Remove names, customer details, financial numbers, internal secrets, personal data and confidential documents before submitting. I do not need them to spot workflow friction.

What happens after you submit

Troels may reply with a practical mini-review if the submission is relevant. This is a practical workflow review, not a full consultancy engagement.

Public cases require permission

Public cases are only published if permission is given. They are anonymized and should remove company, person and sensitive operational details.

Your submission is not sold

Submissions are used to review workflows, reply to relevant cases and, when permission allows it, create anonymized learning examples.

No legal or financial advice

SiteDokAILab is not legal, compliance, security or financial advice. It is a practical workflow review and first-step recommendation.
