How it works
- You order and tell us your business name, address and the searches you expect to show up for.
- We check the seven reasons and send you the diagnosis.
- You add us as a manager on your profile and approve the fixes we propose. We make them.
- You get the written plan for anything we can't fix for you, such as getting more reviews.
Delivery time
The diagnosis within 3 business days of your order. Fixes within 3 business days of your approval and access. Changes can take Google a few days or weeks to show.
What we need from you
- Your business name, address or service area, and the searches you expect to show up for.
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile, if you want us to make the fixes.
- Your OK before we change anything.
Questions
Will I definitely show up afterwards?
No. Some reasons, like distance to the searcher or far fewer reviews than your competitors, can't be fixed in a week. We tell you which ones apply and what it takes.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then the diagnosis says so, with what we checked and what we would watch next. That is still a real answer, and it happens less often than you would think.
Do I need to give you access?
Only if you want us to make the fixes. Without access you get the diagnosis and the plan, and you or your web person make the changes.
