No cookies, no analytics, no accounts
The site sets no cookies, runs no web analytics and has no login. To count requests and purchases, the server writes a log line when a request is received and when the payment confirmation page is shown. These lines contain no name, email or IP address.
When you send the form
The form sends your website address, your email, the plan you chose and the time to our server. It is stored as one record in Google Cloud Storage in the EU (project location europe-west), so we can deliver your review and answer you. To stop spam and repeated sending, the server briefly keeps the IP address in memory to count requests; it is not stored with your request.
The review reads only public pages at the address you send. No login is asked for and none is used. The public pages may be processed with AI models to draft the report and video. Your email and our correspondence are not shared for marketing. Requests are kept as long as they are relevant to deliver and follow up, or as required for bookkeeping, and are deleted on request.
If you write to info@sitedokai.com instead, the email is handled in Google Workspace.
When you pay
Card payments are handled by Stripe, a payment provider. You enter your card details on Stripe’s own payment page, never on this site, and we never see or store them. Stripe tells us that the payment went through, together with your email address and the website address you entered at payment, so we can deliver your review and answer you. Stripe sends you the receipt and processes your data under its own privacy policy. Stripe may set cookies on its payment page; this site sets none.
Hosting at Google Cloud
The site is hosted on Google Cloud. When your browser loads a page, Google may process ordinary request data such as IP address, time, browser details and the requested address to deliver and protect the service. SiteDokAI does not use this data for analytics. Google’s privacy policy.
Self-hosted fonts
The fonts Inter and Inter Tight are served from this domain. Your browser does not contact an external font service to show the text.
Demo video
The overview film is served from this domain. It is not embedded from YouTube or another video service, and it does not load until you press play.
Links to tools in our guides
Some links to tools may become affiliate links. If you buy through one, SiteDokAI may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only list tools we'd suggest anyway, and our recommendations don't depend on it.
The links go straight to the tool’s own website, and this site adds no tracking to them. If a link becomes an affiliate link, the tool’s website may use its own cookies to credit the sale; that happens on their site, under their privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data held about you, and object to its processing. Write to info@sitedokai.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
